I am a long time lover of books and writing, and have been married to my wonderful wife Pam since October 1996. Although I’ve reached retirement age, I plan to continue working for the time being.
I started out working as a welder, and eventually became co-owner of the business. I’ve been working for an offshore oilfield manufacturing company for the past 23 years – currently performing cost analysis of our products and estimating new product lines. I try to squeeze in any moment possible for writing and reading. I also like to dabble in oil and acrylic painting, but time rarely permits me to do that.
Besides books, I try to keep up with reading Publishers Weekly, Library Journal, and a few other publications of the trade.
